Welcome
With over two decades of experience, I offer an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy—drawing from person-centred, transpersonal, and other therapeutic modalities to meet you exactly where you are. My practice is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for your individual path.In addition to my private work, I’ve spent meaningful years within the NHS, supporting both individuals and groups through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Whether in one-to-one settings or group environments, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of connection, community, and shared healing.Whether you’re navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, or a search for deeper meaning, I provide a warm and inclusive space where transformation can unfold. I listen deeply to what’s said—and what’s felt beneath the words—supporting you to access your inner wisdom and move towards greater clarity and self-trust.Clients often describe our sessions as a sanctuary: a place where they feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore their truth. Healing, in my view, is a collaborative journey—and I walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.I am an accredited member of the BACP (British association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I abide by their code of ethics. I have over 18 years’ experience working in the NHS, helping clients with complex personality disorders, as well as this I run a private practice where I offer therapy to individuals, couples and groups. My areas of expertise are very diverse, ranging from depression and anxiety, confidence and self-esteem, and personality disorder, to relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement, abuse, and parenting problems. With my vast experience comes knowledge and with this knowledge I have successfully managed to help people help themselves. If you would like to find out more about the work I do, or if you have any questions or queries, please feel free to contact me via telephone or email.
