I have been a qualified psychotherapist and supervisor for nearly 25 years. I offer both short and longer term therapy. I am trained in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT - www.acat.me.uk), which is a practical and user-friendly way to help us understand the survival patterns we develop in early life, which as adults keep us stuck. Most of us are searching for inner peace. I am committed to the idea that everything we need is held within; that there is a well of limitless compassion in all of us and that once we recognise and revise our unhelpful survival patterns, then we are more likely to access this.
